Shipping & Returns
Seating Cards: We normally ship your
order 5 days prior to the event. This allows for last minute changes without
incurring an extra shipping charge. Our standard delivery method is 2-day
express service.
All other items: We will ship best method depending on size, weight and date requirements.
All Orders:
Rush orders or orders with last minute changes that delay production may require more costly overnight services.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping and insurance charges are added to your invoice. Free 2 day express shipping for orders of 100 or more seating cards.
Returns:
Returns are not accepted as all our products are custom made to your specifications. A proof is provided to you that must be signed and returned to us before production begins. If an item does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will gladly replace the item at our expense. You will be required to return the bad item.
Shipping Damage:
We require all shipments be insured with the carrier. If an item is received in a damaged condition, let us know immediately. We will contact the carrier and arrange for inspection and replacement. You must keep all packaging until the item is inspected by the carrier!
